Saturday Meet results and Week Ahead!

Attached please find the results from today’s meet vs Newington Forest. Congrats to the Piranhas and Coaches as they finished the dual meet season by competing until the very last event.
Reminders for the week:
Sunday, July 19th
Divisionals selections: Reminder Divisionals starts with Back this year, then Breast, Fly, IM, and Free. The break is between Fly and IM (IM and Free constitute the "2nd half")
IMPORTANT: Starting TODAY, please send us an email ([email protected] and [email protected]) with your stroke preferences for Divisionals by SUNDAY at NOON. If you want to swim in Divisionals, you must email your preferences. Even if you think you may not qualify, please send us your choices. For example, 1- Back, 2 – Fly, 3 – Free, 4 – Breast, 5-IM. Also, let us know if there are strokes that you absolutely DO NOT want to swim.
Swimmers at the top of the stroke ladders – please respond early via email so others down the ladder know what their options are! Thanks!
12:00p – Divisionals Planning Meeting at SS2 – all area coordinators and interested volunteers will meet to review plan for Divisionals. It’s a busy week! We need your help!

10:00a – Learn2Swim group lessons
B Meet at Fairfax Club Estates – this is the make-up from our first B meet that was canceled due to weather. We will swim IM events first!

8:00a-9:30a – Fun Game Day at the pool – games and fun!
Wednesday, July 22nd
6:00p - Division 15 Team Rep Divisionals Seeding Meeting. We may be able to get additional swimmers into the meet based on the holes from other teams. We will let any swimmers added to Divisionals know right after the meeting.
Wednesday, July 22nd through Friday, July 24th – PRACTICE FOR SWIMMERS PARTICIPATING IN DIVISIONALS ONLY
COMBINED PRACTICE TIME FOR ALL AGE GROUPS FROM 8:30-9:30a.
Preview for the weekend:
Friday, July 24–4:00p - Pool set up for Divisionals. WE NEED ALL HANDS TO HELP WITH THIS BIG SET UP. Tents, ropes, bleacher moving, parking lot marking, etc.
Saturday, July 25th – Division 15 Individual Championships at SS2 starting at 8:30a –details to follow
Sunday, July 26th – Awards Night End of Season Celebration starting at 6:00p – watch for details in another email. Rain Date is Monday, July 27th
