As we prepare for Time Trials this Saturday, we have a new way for parents to volunteer for needed positions for each meet.

Please log into SwimTopia, Click on the "Meets and Events" tab and then click "Swim Meet Sign-up" in teh drop-down menu.  Then go to the date for Time Trials on Saturday, June 13 and see the green button to the right to sign up for "Jobs".  Click on the green button to be taken to the list of jobs needed for the meet.  We need timers!

In addition to our Officials and Timer Coordinators checking in with you, we will use this system for every meet on Saturdays and Mondays, so please become familiar with signing up this way.  This also saves a lot of time for our Coordinators to not chase you down to help.

Also, on the main SwimTopia page, you can purchase the SwimTopia app to keep up with the calendar, meet entries, etc,, and keep up with our Saturday meets in real-time! Highly recommended to be in touch!

The SwimTopia website and the communications through the site (email and Text messaging) will be the primary form of communication this year and moving forward.  The calendar in SwimTopia is where to check for any updates to the schedule.
