SS2 Swim Team Families,

Looking forward to tomorrow and the Division 15 Individual Championships - Divisionals at Fox Mill Estates Pool (the same pool from our meet last Saturday).

We will all meet at Fox Mill Estates as some families will be coming later in the meet.

We are Team Area #1 in the parking lot.

We need two tents from SS2 families for Divisionals, that can hopefully be there early and stay the whole time – please let us know if you can bring one to the meet for our team area! Also, swimmers should bring camp chairs! The team areas are on the grounds outside the pool fence in the parking lot. Everyone should bring plenty of water for the meet.

Please note that the meet will run with single event viewing, which means you can come into the pool area to watch your swimmer’s event, and then return to the areas in the parking lot/tree area to await their next event. Please bring camp chairs for parents and other family members for the parking lot.

The first warm-up is a general warm-up for all swimmers. SS2’s warmup is at 7:45a in lanes 1/2/3. Swimmers who want to use this general warm-up in addition to their pre-stroke warm-up shou arrive at FME no later than 7:30a.

The meet starts at 8:30a

There will be a 10 minute warm-up between each stroke. SS2 will warm-up in lane 1.

Also note that the “Not Earlier Than” event start times are for the events themselves and do not include pre-stroke warm-up times. To warm-up, swimmers should be at the meet at least 20 mins prior to the “Not Earlier Than” times.

This is the order of strokes for the meet: Free, Back, Breast, Fly, and IM. There is a break between Breast and Fly.

Please note the schedule for marshals/officials’ arrival. This timing is VERY IMPORTANT for this meet.

Please thoroughly read this email and the attachments for all the information you will need. Pay particular attention to the parking information and maps. All parking is on the neighborhood streets near the pool. There is no pool lot parking.
