Attached are our entries for Saturday’s meet. EVERYONE PLEASE LOOK AT THE ENTRY LIST – WE HAVE SWIMMERS IN THE MEET WHO MAY NOT EXPECT TO BE SWIMMING DUE TO ABSENCES THIS WEEK!

Please print a copy to have with you at the meet if you are interested. There are no meet sheets sold on Saturday.

Tonight –  we will see you at our Pep Rally at 6:00p. Get ready to paint your age group banners to show your SS2 pride!

And then, we will see you tomorrow morning for our second meet of the season! Our theme for the meet tomorrow is “Neon”! Wear your brightest shirts, hats, and other apparel to celebrate our meet! This applies to swimmers AND Parents (but not to our timers and deck officials who will have their white over navy blue on! 😉).

7:15a – Arrive at SS2

Parents - please remember there is NO PARKING IN THE SS2 PARKING LOT ON MEET DAYS. The few spaces that are available are reserved for key officials and visitors from Annandale. 

7:30a – SS2 Warm-ups

7:50a - SS2 Warm-ups end

8:00a - Stroke and Turn Judges meeting with Referee Patrick Campbell by the diving well

8:05a - Timers meet with Chief Timer Jae Corey

8:20a - Swimmers for the first four events report to the clerk of course

8:25a - Welcome and introductions by the announcer

8:30a - Meet starts

Sneak Peek: next week’s theme is "Superhero" for our Saturday meet!

Heads-up:next week, we have the Division 15 Relay Carnival on Wednesday, June 26th at Lake Braddock. Please let us know if your swimmers are not available for the Weds Relay Carnival next week by Saturday at 5p. We will send another note over the weekend, but please have this event on your calendar. One swimmer missing may make the difference in being able to field a relay!

Watch for another email so we can get your entries for Monday’s B meet at Sideburn Run by Sunday evening at 5p! Lastly, please let us know your availability for next Saturday’s A Meet on June 29th at Burke Station.
