Attached are our results from today’s meet. Congrats to the swimmers who participated and coaches for a great effort! Continue to work hard and get ready for our two meets this week on Monday and Saturday!

PLEASE REMIND US VIA EMAIL IF YOUR SWIMMER IS NOT GOING TO BE AT THE A MEET NEXT SATURDAY, JULY 8, BY SUNDAY at 5p.

Monday night is our third B Meet, at Sideburn Run. IMPORTANT: By 5p Sunday, please send an email to Heather Stalfort ([email protected]) and Chris ([email protected]) with the strokes your swimmer would like to swim on Monday. Heather will be sending our entries to Sideburn on Monday morning! Each swimmer can swim up to two strokes plus the Individual Medley if they want (IM has to be cleared through the coaches). Reminder – if you placed 1-3 in a stroke, you cannot swim that stroke at a B meet, with the exception of the IM. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP WITH THIS INFO.

This week, we are back to swimming Freestyle first in the B meet.

7:30-8:15a - Older swimmer practice

8:15 – 9:00a – Younger swimmer practice

9:00 – 9:30a – Parent practice! Yes, that’s YOU!

9:30-10:00a – SUPERTeam practice

10:15-10:45a – Group Lessons
