Attached are our results from Saturday’s meet. Congrats to the swimmers and coaches for a great effort! Continue to work hard and get ready for our three meets this week on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday!

PLEASE REMIND US VIA EMAIL IF YOUR SWIMMER IS NOT GOING TO BE AVAILABLE FOR THE RELAY CARNIVAL THIS WEDNESDAY, JUNE 28, BY TODAY at 5p. Relay Carnival selections will be determined Monday evening and announced Tuesday morning.

Monday night is our second B Meet, at home vs Brandywine. IMPORTANT: By 5p today, please send an email to Heather Stalfort ([email protected]) and Chris ([email protected]) with the strokes your swimmer would like to swim on Monday. Heather will be creating our entries on Monday! Each swimmer can swim up to two strokes plus the Individual Medley if they want. Reminder – if you placed 1-3 in a stroke, you cannot swim that stroke at a B meet, with the exception of the IM. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP WITH THIS INFO.

4:30p - Arrive at SS2 for set up

5:00p – SS2 Warm-ups

5:30p – Officials and Timers report

6:00p – Meet starts – Swim Fast! Have Fun!

We still need volunteers to help at Monday night's meet to time, etc. Please be available.

P.S. - Sneak Peek: this week’s theme is Red, White, and Blue! Our pep rally next Friday will include a tie-dye party on Friday for everyone to wear their colors on Saturday! The tie-dye event will be held during practices on Friday, there will be no flip-flop this week. This event will also be our pep rally for the week, so no Friday evening event!

Early heads-up: next week, the week of July 4^th, there IS a B meet on Monday, July 3.
